Keynote PresentationThis year we welcome Sue Birch, the executive director of the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) as our speaker.
Before she joined the HCPF, Birch served as the CEO of the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association and held a variety of progressive nursing roles at Georgetown University Hospital. In addition to BSN and RN degrees, she also has an MBA from the University of Colorado. Birch’s leadership at the HCPF has led to new grants, performance bonuses and the implementation of federal and state health care reform. |
